WOLTE13 offers to the conference attendees the opportunity to submit papers. We are signing an agreement to publish a proceedings volume with the Institute of Physics (IOP). Authors of an accepted abstract will have the option to submit a manuscript to the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
The proceedings will be indexed in Scopus, as well as EI Compendex and Inspec. IOP Conference Series is not covered by SCI (proceedings journals are not indexed in SCI, they are indexed within a separate database, the CPC-I); this means the proceedings journals are not issued with an Impact Factor.
JPCS guarantees for open access. All articles are free to read and download in perpetuity after publication.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Submission in time with this deadline will be greatly appreciated because they will contribute to effectively speed up the publication process. However, we are aware that this deadline may cause problems and we will consider the possibility to accept manuscripts until Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
PRESENTATION IS A REQUIREMENT FOR PUBLICATION
Authors presenting at WOLTE13 are not required to submit a manuscript.
For authors that choose to submit a manuscript, only abstract presented at WOLTE13 will be considered for publication. This includes presentations in oral or poster format. The presentation should be given at the appointed time in the program, by the appointed author or co-author. Changes to the program, which have been approved by the WOLTE13 chairmen, will be allowed for submitted manuscripts.
An abstract accepted for presentation at WOLTE13 may not lead to a published paper in Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
The manuscript must have the same ID, the same corresponding author and the same title of the accepted abstract. The corresponding author must be a registered attendee.
The payment of the registration fee allows the publication of only one (1) manuscript. Authors may submit multiple manuscripts provided that each submission is related to a presentation and the extra cost of €122,00 (VAT is included) per each extra manuscript has been payed. The extra manuscript will be published only if the extra has been payed.

SOME KEY FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW! PLEASE READ!!!
- IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF.

Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
- Do not submit your papers directly to IOP Publishing; please follow thesubmission procedure of this page.
- By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence.
